Funeral Arrangements
Our promise to you
Our aim is to deliver the best possible service to you, our clients. We have created a tranquil, comfortable environment where our funeral directors and support staff will welcome you on arrival. Our proud reputation is built on the dedication and professionalism of our staff and we offer excellent facilities at our premises, including private chapels of rest and pristine vehicles.
At your convenience, our funeral directors will meet with you, either at your home or on our premises. We will guide you through the formalities and legal requirements, making the process as stress free as possible.
If the deceased has not left an order of wishes, we can advise you accordingly. A written estimate for the choices you make will be provided and we will follow your wishes, completely.
All religions and non-religious services can be accommodated and our staff will respectfully comply with any cultural or ceremonial wishes you may have.
We encourage you to take your time and we will not rush or pressure you into making decisions; arranging a funeral should not be hasty.
Once you have made your decisions, you can rely on our professional manner to carry out your wishes in a discreet and professional way.
From your initial contact through to the end of the service, we will ensure that our personal service and attention to detail is dedicated to both your needs and to those of your loved one. As the arrangements progress, we hope you will feel comforted by our experience and high standards of service.
